Mixed Berry Smoothie
Full of vitamins and minerals, this is a great year-round smoothie recipe since berries are always available in the frozen foods section.
Mixed Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk, unsweetened
- 1 cup fruit juice
- 1 handful kale
Notes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Using frozen fruit eliminates the need to use ice and will result in a smoother texture.
