Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup Fat free plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 1 cup fruit juice
- 1 handful Microgreens
Notes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Using frozen fruit eliminates the need to use ice and will result in a smoother texture.
