Sweet Potato Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sweet potato (cooked)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1-2 tsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
- 1 cup Coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup Apple cider or apple juice
Notes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Using frozen fruit eliminates the need to use ice and will result in a smoother texture.
