Sweet Potato Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sweet potato (cooked)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1-2 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • 1 cup Coconut milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup Apple cider or apple juice

Notes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Using frozen fruit eliminates the need to use ice and will result in a smoother texture.
