Mixed Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 – 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup (handful) kale
- unsweetened plant-based milk and/or 100% no sugar-added juice
- honey, to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Add 1 cup total liquid in desired proportions.
- Blend until desired smooth consistency is reached. Add additional liquid, if necessary.
- Sweeten with honey to desired taste.
- Serve cold.
Note: Using frozen fruit eliminates the need to use ice and will result in a smoother texture.
