Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

Smart Smoothies
  • 1/2 – 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (handful) kale
  • unsweetened plant-based milk and/or 100% no sugar-added juice
  • honey, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Add 1 cup total liquid in desired proportions.
  2. Blend until desired smooth consistency is reached. Add additional liquid, if necessary.
  3. Sweeten with honey to desired taste.
  4. Serve cold.
    Note: Using frozen fruit eliminates the need to use ice and will result in a smoother texture.
