1) Click here to enroll for the course through the NC State online registration system called, “Reporter.”  This link will take you directly to the catalog listing for the course, no need to search for it. 

2) Click the GREEN button “Add to Cart”. If you are not an NC State University student/employee, you will be prompted to create a “Brickyard Account” (We know, we know…another login, another password…such is our digital life! Be sure to save this login/password.)

*Schools and non-profits who do not have a means to use a credit card should choose “Pay Later” at checkout and we will send an invoice for payment. Access to the course will be granted when payment is received.

3) Click the GREEN button “Proceed to Order Summary” and click the GREEN button “Checkout” and follow the online payment procedure.

4) Proceed to Moodle by clicking the BLUE button, “Access Online Content”. Start by reading the introductory materials to familiarize yourself with the Moodle dashboard. The course is set up to unlock each module when the preceding module/activity is marked complete.

5) You will receive an email confirmation with a link and reminder for how to access the course.

6) To access the course at a later date, go to https://reporter.ncsu.edu/index.html and “Sign in” using your Brickyard Login. Once logged in, you will see a tile titled “Courses and Events.” Click that tile and you should see, Building Gardens Building Minds; simply click the BLUE button on the far right, “Access Online Content.”
